Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Please read our policy carefully to ensure you are aware of your rights when it comes to refunds and returns.

Refunds

a. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7 days refund policy from the date of delivery.

b. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

c. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

d. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

e. Refunds may take 5 days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Returns

d. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

e. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement item, depending on your preference.

f. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Exchanges

a. We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the returns process outlined above and then place a new order for the item you would like.
